Walsh University

Residence Hall and Classroom Connector

The residence hall and connector was designed to house 140 students and act as a hub of student activity in the 500 bed complex. Students’ rooms are arranged in single suites, double suites and quad suites and offer individual bathrooms and kitchens. The two story connector houses a student lounge, convenience store, classroom, and fitness center on the first floor. On the lower level there is a computer lounge, game room and a 75 seat state of the art movie theater. The connector acts as the front door to 3 existing residence halls and is designed to be the public gathering space for the over 900 students that live on the Walsh campus.  Construction commenced on this project in August of 2006 and was completed in August of 2007.
